We strive to make the financing process as smooth and simple as possible. If you have your own hard money or purchase financing available - Great! If not, we will provide hard money and assist with the refinance.

Hard Money

For investors that have been prequalified through our preferred lender for the refinance, we will provide hard money at only 2 points and 10% interest. (if we provide hard money, we will want the repairs done through ProServe Home Solutions, LLC - exceptions may be made on a case by case basis)

Refinance

We have preferred lenders that can provide the refinance out of hard money. The very first thing you need to do before putting a property under contract is to get prequalified with one of these lenders. Feel free to contact us and we will put you in touch with a lender.
